The product must be unused and in original condition. Email us to start a return.
We ship from Sweden. Orders are usually delivered in 2–5 business days within Sweden, and 5–10 days internationally.
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna, Swish, and other secure checkout options depending on your region.

Mellow provides free standard shipping on all domestic orders over 500kr.
For orders under 500kr, we offer a flat rate of 59kr for shipping.
Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days.Mellow gladly accepts returns of new, unworn, and unwashed merchandise with tags attached within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with hang tags still attached.
