Mellow Return Policy

At Mellow, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we gladly accept returns of new, unworn, and unwashed merchandise with tags attached within 14 days of purchase.

To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following conditions and guidelines:

Condition of Returns

All items must be returned in the same condition as received. This means products must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any scents, stains, or signs of use. Items must have their original hang tags still attached. Products that do not meet these criteria may be denied or subject to partial refunds.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns are free of charge for all domestic (Swedish) orders. For international returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees from the initial purchase are non-refundable.

Packaging Requirements

Items must be returned in their original packaging, or in secure packaging that adequately protects the product during transit.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned merchandise to ensure it meets the return conditions. This process may take up to 5-10 business days after the return is received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Processing Time

Please allow 5-10 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to reflect in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photos of the damage or the incorrect product. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, sale items, and custom orders, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Authorization

Before sending back your return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without prior authorization may be denied.
