Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 2000 SEK domestically. For orders under this amount, a shipping fee will apply. 

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery within Sweden typically takes 2–4 business days from the time your order is processed. For international orders, delivery may take between 4–10 business days. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed after 19:00 (7 PM) may be processed the following business day. Orders are not processed during weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Information

For orders within Sweden, you will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped. For international orders, tracking information will be provided if available, depending on the destination country's postal service. If you have not received tracking details, please contact our customer service team.
